What started as frustration with outdated, overpriced, and overly complex systems became a mission: to build hospitality software that just works — fast, reliable, and fair. Every feature in Hydra Suite comes directly from real operational needs, not sales presentations.

Every feature included from day one — no 'pro' tier, no per-user fees, no per-feature paywalls. The monthly fee is published up front and scales only with terminal count.
Local-first by design, not by accident
Hydra Suite runs as desktop applications and communicates over your local network, so day-to-day operation doesn't depend on cloud services. Your data stays on your own machines, and the application keeps working during internet outages — the cloud is only involved for software updates, mobile app connectivity, automatic encrypted backups (PMS and POS), and statutory reporting to NAV and NTAK.
I chose local-first architecture intentionally. When your internet goes down at 7pm during summer peak season, your property management and point-of-sale keep running without interruption.
Offline operation
Runs on local network — no internet required. Peak-season outages don't stop your operation.
Local data storage
Your data stays on your machines day-to-day; PMS and POS also push automatic encrypted backups to the cloud as a safety net.
Automatic updates
The Hydra Admin server checks for new versions online and pushes updates to every workstation automatically — no manual downloads.
