This notice describes how Szalai Kevin EV (the “Controller”) processes personal data collected through hydrasuite.hu and the Hydra Suite software, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Hungarian Information Act (2011. évi CXII. tv.).

2. Purposes and legal basis
Contact & quoting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): data submitted via the contact form, email or phone (name, email, phone, hotel, message) is used to answer the request and prepare a contract. Service provision (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): user, guest and transactional data needed to run the Hydra Suite software, on the basis of the executed contract. Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): NAV invoice reporting, NTAK and VIZA tourism reporting.
3. Retention
Sales enquiries: 12 months from contact. Contract data: 8 years after the contract ends (Hungarian Accounting Act §169). NAV / NTAK / VIZA filings: for the period required by the applicable law.
4. Processors and recipients
Hosting provider: Railway Corporation (railway.com). Business email: the mailbox provider for the hydrasuite.hu domain — enquiries are handled by email. NAV Online Invoice, NTAK, VIZA: official Hungarian-state systems. Channex (channel manager): Channex.io Ltd., United Kingdom. Additional processors are engaged only after notifying the data subject in advance.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, and exercise your right to data portability and objection. Send requests to info@hydrasuite.hu. 6. Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary (technical) cookies — storing your language choice (NEXT_LOCALE). It sets no analytics, profiling or marketing cookies and uses no third-party trackers, so no separate cookie consent is required.
