Front Office & Room Chart

Drag-and-drop room chart with status colours for option, guaranteed, in-house and departing states; arrow-shaped bars show at a glance where one stay ends and the next begins
Smart import assigns OTA and direct-booking-widget reservations to rooms automatically, keeping multi-room groups adjacent first and minimising unsellable gaps second
Arrangement optimiser reviews every upcoming, unlocked reservation — typically after manual bookings fragmented the chart — and suggests moves staff accept one at a time; locked, arriving and in-house guests are never touched
Global search (Ctrl+K) across reservations, guest names, invoices and service invoices from one field, with your recent items waiting when it is empty

A no-show frees its room at once, and a mistaken no-show can be undone unless the room has been re-let in the meantime

Check-in & Guest Management

VIZA-compliant guest data capture; guests check in and out one by one, and a wrong step can be undone
MRZ document scanning (ICAO 9303, passports and ID cards) auto-fills name, nationality, document number and expiry
Key-card writing for Onity, Vingcard, Dormakaba (OSDP) and SALTO (TCP) encoders, one tap for every arriving guest
Arrivals, in-house and departures lists refreshed for the day
IFA is worked out per guest: each guest is marked as paying or as exempt under a statutory category (student, local resident, patient…), only paying guests are charged, and under-18s are exempt automatically

Charges, Payments & Invoicing

Rate codes (árkód) define price, board and IFA handling per stay — IFA as a fixed amount, a percentage of the room fee, or none — with package pricing split evenly across nights
NAV Online Invoice 3.0 with automatic, sequential, gap-free numbering and a VAT breakdown by rate
Storno (void) with reconciled cash cover, and a separate service-invoice number series for non-reservation sales
Deposits that track the remaining balance and can't be double-spent
Cash (HUF/EUR), card, SZÉP card, transfer, and split payments across several methods on one invoice
Cash payments round to 5 Ft the Hungarian way; the rounding is a line on the invoice and never touches the guest folio
An NTAK category on every chargeable item, minibar item and manual charge (food, drink, spa…), so revenue is reported under the right heading

Hungarian Compliance

NTAK: bookings and every later change (modification, cancellation, no-show, web and OTA cancellations), per-guest arrivals and departures with their corrections, room changes and the daily closing are reported automatically, signed with WS-Security
NAV Online Invoice: local token decode, HTTPS submission straight to nav.gov.hu
